An RMA form is mandatory for all products you wish to return; otherwise, your request will not be processed.
You can download the RMA form, via this link, fill it out, and then print it and send it along with the device to be repaired.
Warranty Terms:
If, after examination, it appears that the product defect was caused by improper use or falls outside the warranty, the products will not be replaced or reimbursed. After consultation, the products will be deposited or returned at the expense of shipping costs.
Cashtester reserves the right to return products returned without an RMA form to the customer without providing a reason.
